This is Couple Coaching intended to build Resilience and Fortify relationships by dealing with all those small things that keep coming up.

Twelve 90 minute sessions are included in this package.

This container is a monthly debriefing container where Coach Christine holds space and facilitates the ‘brain dump’ needed to ward off the effects of long-term stress and decrease the chances of PTSD.

This coaching package is intended for men and women ready to get married looking to work through all the important components prior to their big day. This is a 6-session package wit 90-minute sessions.

Sessions are packaged for maximum benefit in 6, 12, & 24-session bundles. These can be purchased after a Discovery Session with Coach Christine.
